GMP+ stands for "Good Manufacturing Practice" and is a quality standard for feed manufacturers. All actors along the feed production and supply chain can benefit from GMP+ certification. GMP+ certification enables feed producers to demonstrate that their products are safe and of high quality. The standard is based on the basic structure of ISO 9001 and establishes important requirements for quality management.
IFS Certification
The focus of IFS Food certification is on quality assurance in the processing and packaging of food and the associated processes. Through certified safety and quality, companies strengthen their products as well as their brand. The standard applies wherever the risk of food contamination can be prevented, for example due to a lack of hygiene or product quality. IFS Food thus primarily targets the initial packaging of food. You submit an initial application form and site list describing your company and products. This information helps Eko-Guarantee to understand your application in depth and generate an appropriate quote. To complete this step, send us the signed contract and quote along with your risk assessment fee payment to get started.


Document Submission

You submit detailed information about the processes and product(s) for review. This includes risk assessment, SOPs, Product information, Supplier Details, Production facilities and co packers information.


Document Review Eko-Guarantee

technical evaluator reviews the documents you have submitted. We may ask for clarification or more information during the review.

Eko-Guarantee will need to schedule an on-site inspection of your facilities. This is determined by review of your risk assessment.


On-Site Inspection Review

Authorized Representatives of Eko-Guarantee Will visit your premises. Carrying  out the inspection as per respective standards and verifying the compliance and non-compliance.


Corrective Action Review And Certification Decision

Corrective Actions if needed to complete the inspection and certification process will be reviewed for compliance upon submission to the Ek-Guarantee


Certification And Ongoing Compliance

After approval, you are eligible to use EKO Guarantee certified mark. An annual renewal evaluation will take place from this point forward. Products and facilities can be added to the scope mid-year.
